Frequently Asked Questions

What are your hours?: Mr. Rhine is pretty well a one man show so hours and times can be very flexible. We like to mainly work during the week but every so often a weekend day opens up. September and October are our busiest time, if you need something during those two months, you may need to book at least 6 months in advance.
Where are you located?: Mr. Rhine's Photography is located in Festus, MO. but our clients come from all over the St. Louis area including parts of Illinois. We specialize in High School Seniors, Family Portraits and Engagement. Most of our clients range from the following towns and more: Festus, Hillsboro, Pevely, Desoto, St. Genivieve, Imperial and surrounding cities withing Jefferson County.
Do you accept reservations?: MOST DEFINITELY! If you don't see a time on our online scheduler, feel free to give us a call or message and we will try to make your day work out!

What payment options do you accept?: We can accept Venmo, Paypal, Cash or Check. We also use an online service called STRIPE. Call or message us for more details.
How long is the typical wait?: Mr. Rhine tells all of his sessions from Seniors to Volume Photography to Sports Banners to expect the product in your hands NO LATER than 2 weeks after we shoot or proofs have been made. Most of the time this is much sooner!
Do you have a cancellation policy?: 100% satisfaction or your full refund. No exceptions. We take pride in quality prints and digital photography. You will not be disappointed with Mr. Rhine or your money back IN FULL.
